Some features of SereNa may require a paid subscription. Subscription prices, billing periods, and available plans will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance and will automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing date. Prices and available features may change over time, and we will notify you of significant changes where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the platform where you purchased your subscription. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period.

Refunds are provided only when required by applicable law or by the refund policies of the app store or payment provider through which your purchase was made.

All trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other content provided by SereNa are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or use any part of the platform without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant us a limited license to use, display, and process it as necessary to operate and improve the service.

SereNa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to provide a secure and reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the behavior of other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SereNa and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or your interactions with other users.

If you have a concern or dispute regarding SereNa, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it will be handled in accordance with the laws of the country or region specified by SereNa. Where permitted by law, disputes will be resolved through the appropriate courts or other legally recognized dispute resolution procedures.
